Electrifying strata buildings, especially entire apartment blocks, can be technically challenging. However, the greatest barrier is not technical but social: it requires majority agreement among owners. This means group decision-making often becomes the hardest part.

We support motivated champions, strata committees and apartment owners through the end-to-end process of electrifying their building or individual units, using behavioural science and human-centred design to simplify technical decisions and group decision-making, reduce confusion and build trust. Participants begin with an instant online cost, savings and rebates estimate or a virtual consultation, then receive either a whole-of-building opportunity assessment with support to engage other owners, or a personalised recommendation for their own unit. When they’re ready to proceed, we connect them with vetted local installers, provide group decision-making support, and hand-hold them through quotes, installation and completion.
