Piroska Bisits-Bullen
CEO & Co-Founder

Piroska has 20 years experience in operations and project management. She has managed the implementation and scale up of multiple social enterprises, including Mable and Umbo. She co-founded ZapCat after finding the process of transitioning her home to clean energy challenging. Piroska holds a PhD in Public Health and previously worked on international public health programs in Cambodia and Malawi.

Jimmy Li
Technical Director & Co-Founder

Jimmy is a former Civil Engineer who's spent the last decade leading product teams in some of Australia and New Zealand's fastest-growing companies. Jimmy co-founded ZapCat because he believes understanding clean energy products shouldn't require a degree. He specialises in helping households and businesses understand their options in plain English. Jimmy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

David Dungavell
Community Engagement Manager

David is passionate about engaging with communities to help residents save on energy costs and improve the comfort of their homes. An active member of several environmental organisations, David has a certification in community organising. David is a former Commercial Manager who previously worked at coal mines in the Hunter Valley before moving into renewable energy. With his unique background he has a deep understanding of what it takes to help people make the switch.

Julieanne Mamo
Clean Energy Advisor

Julieanne holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering, a Certificate IV in Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, and is an accredited NatHERS and BASIX Assessor. With over 20 years’ experience in sustainability, she specialises in home energy efficiency, combining expertise in building design, insulation, glazing, and shading to reduce energy use and costs. She identifies cost-effective upgrades—from air sealing and thermal barriers to high-efficiency appliances—and delivers sustainable, future-proof solutions by applying best practices and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.

Jacque Edhiqary
Clean Energy Advisor

Jacque is a seasoned renewable energy professional with over 12 years of hands-on experience in managing solar, heat pump, and battery projects. She has worked in partnership with leading Australian and global renewable energy experts, with a strong focus on industry best practice, fit-for-purpose design, and high-quality installation and delivery. As a NETCC-approved advisor, Jacque has completed training in Solar Design, Installation and Solar Batteries. She is passionate about helping households and businesses go green and achieve full electrification.

Soleman Massoud
Clean Energy Advisor

Soleman holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Renewable Energy) and specialises in solar and EV charging solutions. With experience across engineering management and technical sales, he brings clear, practical advice to every interaction. He works closely with residents, strata and commercial businesses to understand their energy needs and guide them toward smart, future-ready solutions that reduce energy costs and emissions. Soleman is passionate about making clean energy simple, accessible, and valuable for everyday Australians.

Kyoo Han
Chief Technology Officer

Kyoo Han is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and software development. His career spans senior leadership roles where he has scaled engineering functions, built marketplaces and led teams delivering innovative solutions across fintech, regtech, and AI-driven platforms. He holds a PhD in Machine Learning and enjoys solving complex problems and delivering impactful innovation.
